If you are picking this work up in the middle of the term, it is still recommended that you work through the sessions one at a time.  They are designed in a particular sequence for specific reasons. You will simply use the sessions that you are able to get to before the end of the term.  You will still benefit greatly from working through the sessions as long as you work with them in the order presented and are able to avoid rushing through them.  We must always go narrow and deep with our students. Less is more.
